Frequently asked questions

The first step is to send us a quote request via our website or via our info box: info@swimart.fr . Make sure to send us a clear and complete request in order to avoid wasting time (nature of the product, silicone, latex, polyester, the type of swimsuit, the size, etc.)

If you want a cap: the packaging is done by unit or by pack of 25, thank you to specify your preference.

For a silkscreen, please specify if you want one side or two sides and the number of colors per side.

Please also specify your billing address, shipping address and contact information.

Once all this is sent, you will receive a quote as soon as possible, as well as a customer form to fill out and send back to us.

Once the file is clear, you will receive an order summary email as well as a fixed delivery date. We will only have to confirm your order after having verified each data. From there, the order will be processed.

Once your order is validated, you will receive a precise deadline but in general the various products arrive in 3 to 5 working days.

For a print :

Express productions in 1 color printing arrive in 2 to 3 weeks per package/25.

For standard productions, count between 4 to 6 weeks per package.

That’s why we have a real after-sales service that deals with any problems you may have with your order. We analyze where the problem comes from and offer you real solutions so that your order meets your initial expectations.

For screen printing, the choice of a printing color is very precise. We use Pantone references (explained here) to print your order in the exact colors of your choice.

To do this, you must provide us with the exact references desired for your order, via a Pantone paper book.

If you do not have such a book, you can use a page like this one:

keeping in mind that a color on screen will not be identical to the print color.

If you only give us the name of the color (example: yellow, mauve, navy blue,…), we will use the reference color for this same color. However, there are many shades for each color.

Swimart gives you the opportunity to order samples to get an idea of the right size.

However, it is unfortunately not possible to order personalized samples.

Your sample will be charged at the product price and shipping costs. In case of an order, the sample will be deducted from the final order.

Size charts are available for all brands. If you do not find them in our catalog or on our referral sites, please contact us and we will provide them to you.

Swimart has a large stock in all these products.

For a specific order, either by color or by quantity, we do our best to give you a quote and a precise deadline within 48 to 72 hours.
